3. Client Responsibility:

Clients must also obtain all necessary permits and authorizations for the project. Tirso Lighting provides guidance on regulatory compliance and legal obligations but does not assume responsibility for the client’s failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Modifications and Alterations:

Any modifications or alterations to the agreed-upon services after contract signing may result in additional charges. These charges will be communicated transparently to the client and require mutual agreement before implementation. Clients are encouraged to review and approve proposed modifications in writing to ensure mutual understanding and agreement.

Tirso Lighting is committed to protecting client privacy and security. 6. Intellectual Property:

Clients retain ownership of any content they provide to Tirso Lighting for the duration of the project.

7. Termination of Contract:

Tirso Lighting reserves the right to terminate the service contract in the event of a material breach by the client. Termination may result in the client being responsible for any outstanding fees and costs associated with the early termination of the project. Clients will be provided with written notice of any breaches and reasonable opportunity to remedy the situation before termination.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the services provided by Tirso Lighting shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of the State of New York. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and Conditions and any translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
